Description:

41-year-old trans female who wanted to increase the size of her breasts and did not desire breast implants.  She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with fat transfer.  More fat was transferred into the right breast to try and improve preexisting asymmetry (results are 2 years after surgery).

• Weight: 155 lbs
• Months Post Op: Two years
• Right Breast: 600 cc fat
• Left Breast: 450 cc fat
