Traditional Facelift
With the traditional facelift (sometimes referred to as a full facelift), incisions are made along or behind the hairline starting at the temples. Excess skin is removed, while deep layers of tissues and muscles are repositioned and secured. Finally, the remaining skin is tightened to help give you a more contoured and defined facial aesthetic.
Mini Facelift
A mini facelift (also known as a short scar technique facelift) is a less-invasive alternative to traditional facelift surgery.
While the correction will not be as extensive, a mini facelift is the perfect choice for men and women looking to correct aging that is more localized to the cheeks and under the eyes. With this procedure, small incisions are made behind the ears, and the skin and underlying tissues are tightened.
Mid Facelift

What Will My Facelift Recovery Be Like?
You will likely experience bruising, swelling, and some discomfort during your facelift recovery; however, these side effects should dissipate after a few days.
Most patients are able to return to work after one week, though you should refrain from any strenuous activity, including heavy lifting, for at least three weeks.
