50-year-old female who had biopolymer injections to her buttocks approximately 14 years prior. She developed pain, redness, and mild deformity of her hips and buttocks. She underwent VASER plus power-assisted liposuction to her buttocks and hips. A total of 1.8 liters of aspirate was removed. Her buttocks and hips have a more even contour, and the pain and redness she was previously experiencing have resolved.
