Breast Lift Augmentation #8523

Description:

38-year-old female who had a prior breast augmentation with 295 cc silicone implants and previous lift with resulting asymmetry.  She was noted to have bilateral silent rupture of both breast implants.  She underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange with a 350 cc moderate plus profile silicone implant on the right breast, and a 450 cc moderate plus profile silicone implant on the left breast to improve the symmetry.  A bilateral breast lift was also performed to improve the positioning of the breasts (results are 12 months after surgery).
